Registration is available here and should be used to register for the congress, the social program, and for hotel reservations. Various excursions can also be reserved in advance. For any later changes in registration please send an e-mail to meeting@meetingiceland.com

Included in conference fee for participants:
Admission to the conference, documentation, coffee during breaks, lunches and Get together.

Gala Dinner (FULLY BOOKED)
Gala Dinner will be held at Hotel Borg, Silfursalur on May 26th. 3 courses, wine and entertainment. See registration form. Badges For security reasons only persons wearing the official badges will be allowed admission to scientific sessions, the exhibition, and all the social programs.

Registration and information
The conference organizer, Meeting Iceland, will be located at the Hilton Reykjavik Nordica Hotel and will provide you with travel and congress information during the congress. The Registration and Information desk will be open during the congress.

Payment / Deposit
Payment for the congress fee, excursions and a deposit of one hotel night should be paid upon registration. The final payment should be made no later than one month prior to the congress. Further information about the final payment will be found in a formal confirmation letter which Meeting Iceland sends to all delegates along with invoices/receipts after deadline of early registration on February 15th.

The exchange rate of the ISK on October 1st 2010 was:
1 EUR = 155 ISK
1 DKK = 21 ISK
1 NOK = 19 ISK
1 SEK = 17 ISK
1 GBP = 180 ISK

Cancellation terms
Notification of cancellation must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation of registration received before April 25th 2011 will be refunded less an administrative fee of ISK 8.000. After that time no refund may be expected. In case of cancellation of specific items (i.e. tours, accommodation, etc.) that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less a bank cost of ISK 3.000.
