The conference organizer, Meeting Iceland, arranges for hotel accommodation for participants. The organizer has pre-reserved rooms at a special conference price at the official hotels for the congress. Hotel reservations should be made on the registration form, and are booked on “first come – first served” basis. Meeting Iceland reserves the right to book another hotel if the desired accommodation is no longer available. Hotel accommodation cannot be confirmed until Meeting Iceland has received a deposit as a guarantee for the hotel booking.

A four star hotel with a five star Restaurant VOX and a first class Spa, the NordicaSpa. Her you’ll find both a variety in Spa Treatments as well as Fitness Centre. Hilton Reykjavik Nordica is the conference venue, located 2 km from the city centre.

Hótel Björk is an ideal place from which to explore the city. Hotel Björk is situated within a 15 minutes’ walk from Reykjavik city centre and the main shopping street and within a 5 minute walk from the conference venue. Also close to the Laugardalur recreational area.
