Cancellation of registration and Social arrangements
Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing to Meeting Iceland, att. meeting@meetingiceland.com

Registered participants who are unable to attend the meeting will have their fees refunded per the following conditions: A refund of all fees paid, less a deduction of ISK 8.000 administration fee, will be processed for all cancellations notified before 25. April 2011 . Cancellations received on or after 25. April 2011 are non-refundable.

Cancellation of Hotel Accommodation

Cancellation of Hotel accommodation received before 25. April 2011 entitles you to a 100% refund, excluding deduction of a ISK 5.000.- Administration fee.
A refund of the amount paid, less a fee corresponding to the first night's accommodation, will be processed for all cancellations notified between 25. April 2011 and 25. May 2011 excluding deduction of a ISK 5.000.- Administration fee.

Cancellations will only be accepted on condition that written notice of non-attendance received by Meeting Iceland ltd. By the above-stated dates. Refunds will only be processed after the conference.

Changes
ALL changes relating to hotel accommodation will be charged at the stated rate plus ISK 3.000 administration fee per change. Changes should be sent in writing to Meeting Iceland, att. meeting@meetingiceland.com and NOT to the hotel or any other party.

All other changes and additional extras will be charged at the stated rate plus ISK 3.000 administration fee per change. Changes should be sent in writing to Meeting Iceland, att. meeting@meetingiceland.com and NOT to any other party.

Name changes are only accepted when the original person and his/her substitute come from the same university, institute or company. Name changes are subject to ISK 5.000 administration fee per change.

Late payments
Late or outstanding payments, not remitted by the due date, will be subject to ISK 2.000 reminder fee.
