Exhibition
The Exhibition will be held in the foyer of the lecture halls in the 1st floor at the Congress venue, Hilton Reykjavik Nordica Hotel. The opening of the Exhibition will be at the same time as the Get together party on May 25th.

Exhibition / space cost: ISK. 60.000,- per m2

The cost is exclusive of electrics, furniture and floral arrangements. Exhibitor will obtain: The company/organisation name printed in the Final Programme (no logo), as well as the name on the congress website. One participant registration fee.

Any company / organisation wishing to take part should complete the Order form which is to be found here on the right.

Terms, conditions and confirmation
The orders and allocation of exhibition space will be dealt with on a first come first served basis upon receipt of the order form and guarantee of payment. Once the allocation has been made, a confirmation will be mailed to exhibitors.
